What is d.velop Invoice Connector?

The d.velop Invoice Connector is the intelligent bridge for your accounts payable process. The module connects to the d.velop Base App and connects your Business Central with a specialized workflow in the d.velop Cloud.

The principle: Your incoming invoices are recognized in the DMS, undergo a digital verification process there and are then transferred fully automatically to Business Central. Only the booking data is transferred. The document itself remains audit-proof in d.velop - so your Business Central database remains „light-footed“ and fast, without being bloated by huge amounts of file attachments.

Direct integration in Business Central: no third-party software - everything runs securely and stably in the ERP.

Automated data transfer

After the workflow in d.velop, all relevant header and line data is automatically sent to Business Central and created there as an incoming invoice.

Integrated web viewer

You don't have to leave Business Central to see the original invoice. The integrated web viewer shows you the document directly in the BC interface.

Smart linking technology

Instead of copying files, the app creates intelligent links. One click is all it takes to open the document in a new tab directly in the DMS.
